How does the service work?
Choose the plan that best fits your needs, tell us what you need help with, and we'll match your tasks with the appropriate support.
You don't need to find and manage individual freelancers for every job. You give us the work, and we coordinate the appropriate help.
What can I ask you to do?
A wide range of digital business tasks, including administration, document editing, research, content support, short-form video editing, content repurposing, social media assistance, WordPress work and more.
If you don't see your task listed on our Services page, ask us anyway.
Do I have to give you the same type of work every week?
No.
Your business changes, and your tasks can change with it.
You might need document organization one week, content repurposing the next, and website assistance later.
Your plan gives you a set amount of support capacity that you can use for eligible tasks.
How many hours are included?
Our current plans provide:
Essential — $250/month: Up to 4 hours per week
Growth — $450/month: Up to 10 hours per week
Expert — $850/month: Up to 20 hours per week
The hours are intended to provide a predictable amount of support while keeping workloads manageable and sustainable.
Do unused hours roll over?
No.
Weekly capacity is designed around the plan you're currently subscribed to and does not accumulate indefinitely.
This allows us to maintain predictable workloads and provide consistent support.
Can I request something outside my plan?
Sure.
If a task requires significantly more time, specialist expertise or falls outside the scope of your plan, we'll let you know before proceeding.
For particularly complex projects, we may recommend the Expert plan or a separate project arrangement.
Can you build a website?
We can assist with certain website and WordPress tasks, including creating new pages, updating content, formatting pages and other digital website work.
The complexity of the project determines whether it falls within your plan.
Can you manage my social media?
We can assist with parts of your social media workflow, including content preparation, Canva graphics, short-form video editing, repurposing content, captions and scheduling.
Full social media management may require a specific assessment depending on the number of platforms and volume of content.
Do I get a dedicated assistant?
Your plan gives you access to dedicated support for your tasks. Depending on the type and complexity of the work, the appropriate specialist may handle particular tasks.
Our priority is making sure the right person handles the right work, rather than forcing one person to do everything.
How quickly will my tasks be completed?
Turnaround depends on the task, its complexity and the current workload.
When you submit a task, we'll provide an expected turnaround where possible.
Urgent or unusually large requests may require additional arrangements.
Can I send multiple tasks?
Yes.
You can submit multiple tasks within your available plan capacity.
We'll prioritize and work through them based on urgency, complexity and available hours.
What happens if I don't know which plan I need?
That's completely fine.

Is there a long-term contract?
Our plans are designed to be flexible. Check the current subscription terms at checkout for the applicable cancellation and billing conditions.
Is my information confidential?
We take client information and business materials seriously.
Access to your files and information should be limited to the people who need it to complete your work. For particularly sensitive projects, you can discuss confidentiality requirements with us before assigning the task.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
If something doesn't meet the agreed requirements, let us know.
We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, work with you to correct it.
